openMasterplan: a research based mapping and documentation tool, structured by four layers of investigation, including 1) a potential map exploring urban phenomenons, movements, curiosities, gaps and energies 2) a desire map based on the collection of stories, interviews and documentation 3) a process map which reveals the changes, energies and transitions of urban elements and actors, experiments, speculations and manipulations 3) a final visionary map to be presented to City Hall as a vision for the future uses of New Community Center

openProgram: a 3 month intensive festival for APAP2010, loaded with workshops, lectures, screenings, performances, exhibition, concerts and parties.
